Visualization of trascription factor family grouped by biological function

I have a problem with this plot, I would like to make the same plot, but I don't know what library of R or python i need to use, i would like some help to solve this problem. What kind of "librarys" or scripts do you recommend for this plot?

Look for a library in R or Python that will make a force-directed graph with a tree layout. Here is one example of such a visualization on Observable, although it is Javascript-based. In Python, a colleague uses a package called networkx for making graphs, but I don't have personal experience with it.
