In this course, the participants will be trained in the scripting, configuration, and execution of example analysis pipelines and how to share them with other users in the context of the open-source Workflow Management System (WMS) Nextflow..

The workshop is intended for users to become quickly proficient in Nextflow technology, starting from basic through to advanced concepts. The majority of the practicals will make use of command-line tools. Therefore familiarity with a *nix environment (e.g. Linux or MacOS) and the shell (e.g. Bash) are highly desirable.

2. Will DSL version 2 format be covered?
3. Will you cover just the usage of publicly available nf-core pipelines or also cover how to write our own nf pipeline
4. Whit it shows
