One-to-many pairwise alignment

I have a sequencing read, and also the sequences of some candidate sgRNAs that the sequencing read may come from. I would like to know the best match. So I simplify this problem into a "one-to-many pairwise alignment" problem: align the sequencing read to each of the candidate sequences and find out the best match by comparing e-values. Ideally I want to visualize the results as something like the screenshot from this tool: atlas-readpainter

The reference/target sequence on the top, and all the candidate (query) sequences below it showing the alignment.

I tried the tool mentioned above, but it was not recently maintained, and could not manage to get it run. Does anyone know any other alternatives?
