Do you have any suggestions regarding an integrative visualization of SNV, CNA, SV that have been called during the analysis of specific cancer genomes, beside Circos, Rcircos, or other Circos-related packages ?

what exactly do you want to show about them. do you want to show the order in which they arose? or epistasis between them> ? or any other particullar feature of interest?
