Intergrated list of pathogenic bacterial and fungal species

Hi all

I have performed Whole genome metagenome analysis on a set of data. I want to classify my bacterial and fungal species as pathogenic/non-pathogenic. Is there a database from where i can get a integrated list of such entries.
