Hello everyone, I was trying to submit SRA data to NCBI. I am getting this error for some samples. Please help troubleshoot the problem

I have assigned unique IDs and attributes but still, it shows upload failed because multiple BioSamples cannot have identical attributes

You will need to inspect carefully your file as there might exist some lines with identical information. Check the attributes or show us specifically the attributes of the sample name below the error message (PK-KH-S2-018, PK-KH-S3-006, etc). If some samples are replicate, please have a look at this : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/docs/submitspfiles/#error-multiple-biosamples-cannot
