LSF scheduler download

Hello! I need to run a pipeline which is writen to be submited in an lsf system. I suppose I need to have the lsf job_shceduler. The only infrastracture I have is a single server-machine that I have access to. Is it possible to get the scheduler and make the pipeline work?

You will need to find out and adapt the code for a single machine (if that is possible) taking the LSF bits out. LSF workload manager is a commercial product from IBM and is meant for enterprise use (think large clusters).

SGE/SLURM are open-source equivalents but they may or may not work in your case.
