The barcode file is described in the MiGEC documentation,as shown below.

I can't understand the difference between these two barcodes. And MiGEC's test directory of barcode.txt present a pattern [NNNNtNNNNtNNNNt].Why contains t bases?

And I ran the MiGEC's test file(./run.sh), I got the UMI of the corresponding sequence, but I can't search for the UMI in the test.fastq file enter image description here
