TCR data from HCA and ImmuneCode

Hi all,

We are trying to use TCR summary data from ImmuneCode (paper ) to query and find the overlap in an TCR HCA single cell data. This is my first time doing anything with TCR. How would I find this overlap? Is there any tool , any papers that you recommend to get started?
