Hello,

I am working on 500 samples of TCGA cancer, I did a univariate analysis, then multivariate I performed a model with 5 prognostic candidate genes and I would like to calculate the risk score for each patient according to the coefficients and expression of each gene. Is there a package in r that helps to do this or do it manually for the 500 samples.

Thanks

Hello, I have the same question, did you find a package? Or did you do it manually?

I did it manually. you multiply your gene expression by the coxPH coefficient.
