Environmental association of microsatellite dataset

Hello everyone I am trying to find the environmental association of microsatellite dataset. I have used LEA package but unfortunately could not got any result every time it is showing error in R studio. I am converting the structure format into .geno and .lfmm format but unable to understand the generated files.

can anyone please suggest me other ways to do this.

This LEA package? (I hadn't heard of it, but I'm curious about its use for microsatellite data now that you've mentioned it.) I bet you can improve your chances of an answer here by including the error messages you're seeing, ideally as text, and maybe examples of your input if that's feasible.
