What are some tools capable of generating main chain from C-alpha trace only?

What are some stand-alone (not online server) tools capable of generating the main chain from C-alpha trace only?

I know only three of them:

1. REMO
2. Pulchra
3. PRODART2

Can you name some other tools?

That link is almost 10 years old, so it stands to reason that it may have changed. It should be clear that the website is still there as it shows a squirrel with a number 4 over it. You are basically asking me to Google SCWRL4 instead of you doing it.
