Constructing liposomes via in silico tools.

I'm looking for software/tools that will allow me to construct a liposome or another kind of nano-scale delivery system. I'm trying to make vectors for anti-mir therapy.

what's the purpose of such tool ? what's the input ? what's the output ?

So I want to be able to construct a vector carrier (either a nanoparticle or a viral capsid) to transfer anti-miR sequences and also add antibodies on the surface of the carrier to target specific surface proteins of cells.

Im not sure exactly what you mean by input. I want to be able to construct the vectors through the in silico tools and analyse the efficiency of the vector's targetiing charecteristic to the cell
