BlasterJS for miRNA

Hi,

I wish to use blasterJS (https://github.com/sing-group/biojs-vis-blasterjs) for visualizing miRNA alignment data from my local blast. Since the blasterJS java scripts are only written for sequences of the length of around 40 and more. Please kindly help
