Hello!

I am new to python (first time)

I am trying to use this on my MAF data: https://github.com/wangc29/MSIpred

I attempt to run the first line and get error:

It seems like you got stuck because pandas library only works with python3. Depending on what is the default python version on your system, you may need to re-run with either of the two commands below:

python3 setup.py install

or

python setup.py install
