Can I get the read length from the count data file in R? Is it by summary(countdata) ?

No you can not get read length from a count of reads representing some feature. A count is an observational event. It has no dependent relationship to the dimensions of the thing being counted. If x balls went into a basket, knowing x tells you nothing about the size of the balls. Likewise, a feature count of x reads, tells you nothing about the size of the reads.
