I would like to search for possible interaction between the protein identified by mass spectrometry in uterine fluids and the receptor identified in single-cell RNAseq in my embryo (identified by software such as LIANA, nichenet...).

If you're simply looking for interactions between two lists of proteins, just query a (reasonnably comprehensive) protein interaction graph such as iRefIndex or String.
