How to use the old version of DAVID to do functional enrichment analysis? I have no idea when I browsed DAVID's official website. Thanks!

I don't think you get a choice to use an old version of the knowledgebase (I assume that is what you mean by OLD version) from the web interface. You will likely need to write to the DAVID team and ask.

Using the current version should be fine since the changes made over time are cumulative. Have you tried to use the current version?

Yes, I have tried. I ask this question because before (Maybe Dec.2) I could get enrichment results, but now I can't, and research should unify the software version.

If that is the case then do contact the DAVID folks. There may simply be some glitch in the tool and they may be able to fix the problem.

OK, thank you. The huge difference of enrichment results (have or not have) is only about one gene list. The others worked well and have only a little little difference on the number (about 1) of enriched genes.
