I have been waiting for a few days but I cannot receive any reply. Someone told me that he/she could directly see the downloading page after submitting the form. Does anyone also tried to download Desmond before and has experience on how to resolve this issue?

Did you use a real/institutional email address when sending the registration request in? Requests may not be entertained unless you provide a real
.eduor.orgaddress for your workplace.Thanks for your comment. Yes, I did use a real .edu email address and provided the information about my institution, but still, the case was not handled.
