Where can I get the ICB datasets in this website?

I'm searching for Bulk RNA-seq data sets of ICB therapies. I came across this website, but I don't understand how to use it.

Where are the 15 data sets? the 12886 samples? the RNA-seq data?

What is ICB therapies for those of us that do not know. The site you linked says isb something so is that the same as what you are looking for.
