Bit of a simple question, however when you are given 2 different treatments of a condition-- say Wildtype and the other being a knockout of some sort, would you go through an entire analysis for the wild type and separately another analysis for the knockout; or do you merge the two in the beginning? How would you do this? (Any links?)
