I ran the following command to upload a docker image to my HPC and it worked up till a point:

singularity build --remote my_sif.sif docker://user/my_package

I got the following interesting error:

INFO: Adding SBOM to SIF INFO:
Calculating SIF image checksum INFO:
Uploading image to library... WARNING: Skipping container verification INFO:
Uploading n number of bytes INFO:
Image uploaded successfully. FATAL: While performing build: build image size <= 0

Why would this occur?

This is a duplicate of Issues With Using Singularity In Order To Run Software "quested access to the resource is denied" where I already told you why that error occurs. Why don't you state what you actually want to do so one can solve the basic problem? Which image you want to build, Docker or Singularity, and from which source, an existing inage or from scratch with a Dockerfile/Singularityfile?

I was building a docker image I created on my computer on an HPC. It seems that due to some network issues I kept getting this FATAL message.
