GATK gCNV contig ploidy priors table

Hello,

I am trying to run the gCNV tool from GATK and in that step for running the DetermineGermlineContigPloidy, it requires a contig ploidy priors table.

What is this table in simple terms?

How can I make this table?

Please help.
