How to identify which are the the pre therapy samples?

Some articles include pre (baseline) and post treatment RNA-seq data for their patients. Take this for example:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5106340/

In this dataset they did RNA-seq for the patients before and after treatment (for some of them at least).. and it's stated that the data is stored in E-MTAB-3218

How can I identify the pre / post samples? It seems they have all the data mixed up together..

You have to download/display the "Detailed sample information and links to data" table : https://www.ebi.ac.uk/biostudies/arrayexpress/studies/E-MTAB-3218/sdrf
