How to convert a .gbk or .faa to .pep as well a .gbk or .gff to .bed?

I was wondering if you could recommend me a standalone seq converter that allows me to convert the mentioned file formats, I rather use a command line tool since I'm converting multiple files. Thanks ahead

I've used readseq quite a few times in the past for GBK conversion. It's written in java.
