I would like to know, what are the other existing biological database schemes, in addition to the chado?

edition:

I'm participating in a project, and they asked me to create a database for plants that use ontologies, a tip they gave me was to study the schema chado, however, I came across a lot of problems while trying to install or use a gff3 file. Now I'm looking for other schema references, which use ontologies, to store the plant's genome, but I'm kind of lost about that.

you must be more specific. Everytime there's a database, there 's a new schema. UCSC, ensembl.... see also: What Are The Public Sql Servers For Bioinformatics ?

I'm looking for assembled schemas, to use in the database to store data of a plant species. I edited my post to add more information.
