How do you download from CyVerse using FTP or wget?

I'm trying to download from the following URL: http://datacommons.cyverse.org/browse/iplant/home/shared/imicrobe/projects/277/samples/6131/S0250.fa.gz

I have 39 other samples I need to download and don't really want to click them individually. All of the resources I've seen to download in bulk from the command line are way different than anything I'm familiar with.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried wget https://de.cyverse.org/anon-files//iplant/home/shared/imicrobe/projects/277/samples/6131/S0250.fa.gz

Note for those behind filewalls downloading from Cyverse - it's a huge clustered filesystem there, so you or your IT people might need to allow requests to a whole range of IPs before you can download from there via the command line.

When downloading manually, the browser showed the location.

I am not sure if this is just a hack (there might be a better way than this)

Do you know if there is an easy way to download all assemblies under a project?

Have you already seen this: https://cyverse.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DS/pages/241869821/Downloading+Data+Files+Without+a+User+Account

There seems to be some instructions for downloading in bulk, such as Cyberduck
