Hi, i 'm doing genotype imputation by GLIMPSE2 now. my reference panel includes 19 samples, and my target vcf file contains only 1 sample. Everytime when I try to using GLIMPSE_phase, there is an Error: States for individual 0 are zero. Error during selection. Looks like the error has something to do with the algorithm----PBWT, because there is a "NO POST selection" above the error line. Does anybody know why or know PBWT? Thanks.

Not sure if this is the problem but 19 samples in a reference panel probably isn't enough to do any useful imputation (perhaps depending on your organism).
