Confused about the GERP++ output

Hi guys, I am new to the GERP++, while I found that http://mendel.stanford.edu/SidowLab/downloads/gerp/ is not avaliable. Though I installed the GERP suit by conda and tried to guess how it works in https://bitbucket.org/bucklerlab/msa_pipeline/src/master/ (confused with the header of the output GERP_ExpSubst and GERP_RejSubstScore), I can not find any guideline of the GERP. Wondering if there's a tutorial or experienced users of GERP++ can help me with it. Much thanks.

You can download it from Github: https://github.com/tvkent/GERPplusplus. Once you download it there is a README.txt with the instructions.
