Hi.
We are looking for tools which can perform network enrichment analysis for bacteria (specifically, Klebsiella pneumoniae).
Among other information, the data we have now includes genes that are classified into functional groups.
If the software is able to predict upstream/ downstream targets it would be very helpful.
