hello everyone.. I have a problem seems to be very easy but I cant find a solution so I need your help. I have downloaded PSI values for CHOL (cholangiocarcinoma) AS events from spliceseq database and I need to download the corresponding clinical information and gene expression levels of the samples from TCGA database but I don't know how !! I searched in TCGA database but I couldn't find what I need. Any idea how to do that?
