Hi,

I want to preform gene enrichment analysis using GOfuncR package. As I was reading this article Avoiding the pitfalls of gene set enrichment analysis, I encountered this problem:Influence of sample source bias on the results:

I was wondering if the GOfuncR package addressed the issues described , are there some filtering options so our "UNIVERES" won't be the entire genome?
