Good afternoon,

I have encountered a problem with an SRA file and I hope you can help me.

I downloaded the SRA file from this website: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/PRJNA834732.

I obtained the SRA file without the .SRA extension. I used fast-dump to extract the data from the files, but I ended up with only a single .fastq file. This is the first time I have encountered this issue, and I am wondering how to resolve it.

Thanks!

PRJNA is the standard NCBI BioProject prefix. There are 19 pairs of FASTQs associated with this one so you're doing something wrong
