Hello,

Does someone know how circexplorer decides which isoform is one circRNA?

I do not find any resource about this. Its output (circexplorer, circexplorer2) tells the name of the isoform with the exons included but I don't understand how it got that information. Because it only detects back spliced junctions, but this does not tell anything about the exon content.

Thank you!
