Hi all, I read from one recent paper http://genome.cshlp.org/content/24/2/260.full that there are well positioned nucleosome arrays in active promoters and they used algorithm to define the nucleosome arrays. However, I can not understand what they are doing. Is there any other methods to define well positioned nucleosome arrays? My focus is to find promoters from MNase-seq data.
