Interpro Domains And Motifs Enrichment Analysis

Hi everyone,

I can do GO terms and KEGG enrichment analysis with GOstats and I want to do something similar for motifs and InterPRO domains.

I already performed motif enrichment analysis of 400 protein sequences in MEME suite. Now I want to check for enrichment of these motifs comparing with all human genome.

Any ideas?

Hi guys I do not know if this is the best way ti do it, but I am running FIMO to look for motifs in the all human peptide sequences. To look for enrichment I will just perform a simple hypergeometric test to compare both groups (one sided fisher's exact test).

Any other ideas to do this?
