Hello, I have some snRNAseq data that used 10x multiome chemistry. However, I am using kallisto and bustools via the kb wrapper. I need to specify the tech and the relevent ones are 10XV1, 10XV2, or 10XV3. Which one would 10X multiome be most similar too?

Thanks,

For 10X Multiome GEX?

According to https://kb.10xgenomics.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049373331-Can-Multiome-ATAC-and-Multiome-GEX-libraries-be-sequenced-together -- "Read Number 1 contains the 16-bp 10x barcode and 12-bp UMI, totalling 28 bases." -- This is 10XV3.
