The Iowa Institute of Human Genetics is seeking to hire an Assistant Research Scientist to provide informatics support and take a major role in data analysis, method development, software evaluation, and training in order to advance biomedical research programs at The University of Iowa. The position will analyze next-generation sequencing data from exome, RNA-Seq, Chip-Seq, metabolomics and metagenomics sources from both clinical and research sources. The focus will be bioinformatics as a service to help answer relevant clinical and research questions.
