Flow Cytometry Data Analysis with R/Bioconductor
Dates: 17–20 March 2025
Location: Online (to foster international participation)
This hands-on course will provide participants with practical skills for analyzing flow cytometry data using R/Bioconductor, covering key topics such as preprocessing, cell population identification, and results visualization. The methods taught are applicable to various cytometry types, including flow, mass, and spectral.
Who Should Attend:
This course is designed for researchers working with single-cell flow cytometry data. No prior experience with R/Bioconductor is required, but some programming familiarity is helpful.
What You Will Learn:
- Understand the flow cytometry pipeline and data output
- Preprocess and analyze flow cytometry data using R/Bioconductor
- Perform cell population identification via 2D gating and clustering
- Interpret and visualize analysis results effectively
Course Format:
- Live Sessions: 9 AM–1 PM (Berlin time) each day
- Interactive Learning: Lectures, Q&A, and practical exercises
- Slack Support: Available throughout the course
