Hello,
I have a few clonally propagating isolate, and I called variants for each one of these isolates and managed to phase these variants for some isolates.
Is there an automated way to test if the phase is the same between all isolates? Potential recombination events could change phases. I know the alleles shared between these isolates are very similar, so I suspect very little recombination.
