To what database do Haplotype Ids in pharmgkb.org belong to?

Hi,

Clicking on 'Download Translation Table' in this page on GSTT1

https://www.pharmgkb.org/gene/PA182#tabview=tab3&subtab=33

gives an Excel table where the haplotypes of GSTT1 are identified by an Id.

Could you please tell me from which database these ids come from?

The IDs in the file are PharmGKB Accession IDs.

You can link to their page on PharmGKB directly using them. For example: http://www.pharmgkb.org/haplotype/PA166048676 (there are no corresponding pages for haplotype sets though).
