What ever happened to CyAttributesUtils & giny ?

Hi all,

I'm in charge of porting a plugin from the version 2.x to a Cytoscape 3.x bundle app.

It seems that the old version of cytoscape was dependent on giny, so for the new one what package I must use?

I wanna also know how to translate these into the new API 3.1.0:

1. Map attributeMap = CyAttributesUtils.getAttribute((attribute),Cytoscape.getNodeAttributes());
2. String t = globalAttributes.getStringAttribute(network.getIdentifier(), "Parameters");

Any help is greatly appreciated!
