I am analyzing the experimental and bioinformatics high-throughput gene expression, SNP and mutation, and sequencing (NGS) data of the several cancer types, including Breast, Retinoblastoma, Colorectal, and Hepatocellular carcinoma. By bioinformatics analyses, I design different cancer genetics projects at this institute. Also, I am teaching statistics and biological data analysis with some different software, including R and Python programming languages.
