I would like to propose to introduce a minimum reputation (e.g. 100) before new users can create new tags. I have seen two misspelled tags in a single newbie post today. It might well take some time to get used to the site and to recognize the tag autocompletion exists. Please discuss.

Can we create a list of tags to be chosen by the user (only auto-completion is allowed), so that they can choose one....

If a tag does not exist at all, then add an option at the end to suggest a new tag??
