The kmer spectrum plots the number of distinct N-bp sequences as a function of coverage level, placing low-coverage (rare) sequences at left and high-coverage, repetitive sequences at right.

Kindly make me understand what is the meaning of the x-axis and y-axis??..And what does this graph imply.??

X-axis is independent variable, and shows an array of kmer coverages. Y-axis shows how many kmers exist, that have that given coverage.

Your organism looks haploid from this graph, and the peak kmers are at about 20 kmer coverage, that's the kmer coverage of most of your genome, given the kmer length you used to create this graph.
