Is there any software can be used to determine group I and II introns in mitogenome? Or it need to be determine manually and how to do it?

In this article, it mentioned that in the kenaf mt genome, nine mt genes, composed of 25 introns. In addition, five trans-spliced introns observed in nad1, nad2 and nad5 were fragmented into separate coding regions. Genes in Kenaf mitogenome

However, when I did manual calculation (the one I stated number of exons and introns), I only managed identified 23 introns for all the genes and 4 trans-spliced introns in nad1 (20968-35935 and 3607800-535670), nad2 (207651-319385) and nad5(267397-414961). Can anyone guide me which part I calculate it wrongly and where is the other one trans-spliced introns?
