Harmony with PHATE

Hi Bio-community,

I integrated my single cell dataset using Harmony. Now Harmony only provides a new slot for the cell.embeddings in the seurat object, like pca. How can I utilize this embedding in a PHATE plot? How can I combine Harmony with PHATE?
