Are some metagenomes too complex for MAGs?

Hi all, I'm working on a project that entails the sequencing, assembly and binning of 34 metagenomes. I've written scripts that perform the same function on all of the samples and have successfully gotten MAGs for 30 of them. However, 4 of the samples still have a job running on them a week later. All of the same files should be present for each of the sample given that I've run the same commands on them with my scripts. This is my first time working with MAGs and I wanted to reach out and see if I could have made a mistake in my scripting and/or preprocessing, or if these samples really need this much more time to run? Will I ever see results out of these samples or should I kill the job and make the assumption that these metagenomes will not yield MAGs?

The tools I've used are fastp -> MEGAHIT -> MetaBinner

I really appreciate any advice that those with experience with this type of analysis may have!
