I'm trying to use Yasra to align a large quantity of Solexa reads, but I've hit a snag installing. I'm intending to use the pipeline created by the Liston lab (http://openwetware.org/wiki/Liston:ComputerScripts), but the makefile that that ultimately generates to do the data pipelining wants two binaries I can't find, and I can't find references to with Google, 'lavprocessor' and 'template_hits'. It's looking for them in the directory that Yasra installed its binaries to, but I definitely don't have them.

Maybe I have an old version of Yasra? Has anybody else gotten past this?
