Suggestions on miRNA analysis tools/pipeline

Hi there, I just started to do miRNA-Seq analysis. After doing some homework, I got very basic ideas about some tools/pipeline could be used (lke miRDeep2, miRAnalyzer, CAP-miRNA, etc).

Do you guys have any suggestions on the performance and reliability of these tools/pipeline (or maybe some other software you prefer)?
